Terms and Conditions

I will do my best to be as clear and empowering as I can for you. I am offering my services in good faith.

My personal code is basically the Four Agreements:

1. Be impeccable with your word.
2. Don't take anything personally.
3. Don't make assumptions.
4. Always do your best.

It is my desire that you also do your best and communicate as clearly as you can. Ask questions if there's anything you're not sure about.

If you need to cancel or reschedule for any reason, please do so a minimum of 48 hours prior to your appointment to receive a refund or schedule a new date. If you fail to show up within 10 minutes of the scheduled start time, the call will be canceled and you will not receive a refund. If you realize you cannot make your appointment time slot and it is less than 48 hours prior to your appointment, you may email me as a courtesy, and I will make an effort to accommodate you at another time, but cannot guarantee it.
